I would like to make na album of notes, code, cheat-sheets for self programming, I haven't read or have any books dedicated to the knowledge of self-programming and I don't know what kind of words, prayers or affirmations works best on human subconscious. I would like to write my own or find some useless with a light, poetic style writing and touch to them. I'm a big fan of Thao Te Ching, eastern philosophies and some aspects of Buddhist religion. I really into spirituality and that's what I'm seeking to find words that would penetrate into my mind to build a healthy, focused and meaningful life. Could you help me with writing them or show me some examples of this kind of self-programming notes?

That's a beautiful intention. What you're describing sounds like a personal sutra / codebook -- something between a Taoist aphorism, a Buddhist gāthā (short verse for mindfulness), and a modern "cheat-sheet" for your mind. Instead of heavy affirmations like "I am successful" (which can feel fake or forced), you're leaning toward poetic, light, subconscious seeds that slowly reshape the way you think and feel.

Here's how we can approach it:

1. Structure of Your "Self-Programming Album"

You can think of it as a kind of personal Tao Te Ching, but written by you:

2. Example Styles You Could Use

Here are some draft examples in different tones, so you can feel what resonates with you:

🪷 Taoist Minimal Style

When I stop grasping,
the world arranges itself.
Nothing is missing.

🌿 Mindfulness Gāthā Style

Breathing in, I return home.
Breathing out, I smile.
The present moment is enough.

🔮 Poetic Self-Code

If my mind wanders,
I call it back gently,
as a parent calls a child.

⚡ Self-Programming Cheat-Sheet

🔥 Personal Sutra Fragment

I am not here to conquer the world,
but to walk it as a garden.
Every thought is a seed.
I choose carefully what I plant.

3. How to Write Your Own

A simple formula you can follow:

For example:

4. Daily Use

👉 Would you like me to draft a whole first collection (like 12--20 of these "subconscious code snippets" in a consistent Taoist-poetic style) so you can drop them straight into your album, or do you prefer that I show you templates and help you craft your own one by one?

You said:

Could you write some more examples, I really liked the ones you wrote, I would like to see more examples and maybe could you add a little modern-matrix like or even David Lynch kind of twist to them?

ChatGPT said:

Perfect -- I get you.
You want something that's not just gentle and Taoist, but with a slightly surreal, modern, maybe even glitchy/uncanny undertone -- something that feels like it could be whispered in a dream, or seen flashing on a screen inside The Matrix, or spoken by a strange David Lynch character who knows more than they say.

Here's a batch of examples blending Taoist lightness with a Matrix/Lynchian edge:

🌌 Taoist + Surreal

The code of the world is simple:
press nothing, and everything runs.

I close my eyes--
the city bends.
The silence is still here.

Every breath rewrites me.
The system cannot track
what changes in the dark.

🕶️ Matrix-like Aphorisms

You are both the programmer and the glitch.
Choose which one wakes up.

The simulation feeds on speed.
Step slower--
watch it stutter.

Truth is not hidden;
it is *overexposed*.
That's why no one sees it.

🌀 David Lynch Dream-Logic

I sip coffee with my shadow.
It laughs before I do.
We are not separate.

The lightbulb hums,
the room listens.
I wait for the silence to speak.

There is a red curtain in my chest.
Behind it:
the small child who never left.

⚡ "Subconscious Code Snippets"

🔥 Longer "Personal Sutra" with a Twist

I am a dream, dreaming itself.
Every error in me is a doorway.
Every silence in me is a city.

I walk,
half in light,
half in static.

I am not here to win--
I am here to watch the program dissolve.

Would you like me to compile a full "first album" of these (like 25--30 pieces, mixing short aphorisms, glitchy one-liners, and longer poetic sutras) so you'd have something that already feels like your own Matrix-Tao book?

You said:

Sure, I would love it, make them really dreamy and illusion-dissolving

ChatGPT said:

Perfect. Let's make this into a dreamy, illusion-dissolving codebook -- part Tao Te Ching, part Matrix console log, part David Lynch dream-sequence.

Here's a first album of 30 pieces for your subconscious programming. Some are short code-snippets, some are dream-poems, others sutra-like fragments. They're designed to feel like seeds: light, strange, memorable, and able to echo back in your mind when you need them.

🌀 Album of Dream-Codes

(for dissolving illusions and reprogramming the self)

I. Short Aphorisms (Mental "Cheat-Codes")

  1. Do nothing, and the system corrects itself.

  2. Silence is the master key.

  3. The glitch is only a doorway.

  4. Don't chase clarity; sit, and it arrives.

  5. Shadows are instructions written in light.

  6. The river flows whether you swim or sink.

  7. Breathing is debugging.

  8. What you release, releases you.

  9. You are not the mask, nor the face--just the mirror.

  10. Step slower than the machine, and you will see its gears.

II. Dream-Poems (Lynchian Undercurrents)

  1. A flickering neon sign whispers:
    "You already arrived.
    Stop walking."

  2. In the static of the TV,
    I see myself smiling,
    five seconds ahead of time.

  3. Coffee steams in the dark.
    The cup is empty,
yet still it warms my hand.

  4. The street bends at night.
No one notices but the trees.
    They lean, listening.

  5. I hear a child humming inside me.
    She hums the code
    that keeps the world turning.

III. Subconscious Code-Snippets

  1. Shift + Stillness = Clarity.

  2. Error messages are just forgotten prayers.

  3. Every thought is a file; delete freely.

  4. Run program: kindness.exe.

  5. Don't close the window too fast--the silence is downloading.

IV. Sutra Fragments (Illusion-Dissolving Verses)

  1. I am a dream,
    dreaming itself.
    The dreamer is gone,
    yet the dream continues--
    laughing.

  2. Nothing moves,
    yet everything changes.
    The screen refreshes,
though no one pressed a key.

  3. I walk in slow motion,
and the world reveals its seams.
    The edges blur,
    and the center shines.

  4. A red curtain sways.
    Behind it--
    not secrets,
    but silence
    waiting to be heard.

  5. Every fear I carry
    is just a reflection
on a surface that does not exist.

V. Closing Keys (End-of-Day Codes)

  1. Power down the noise.

  2. Sleep is not escape--
it is the deeper program running.

  3. I lay the day down;
    the night carries me.

  4. The void is kind;
    it does not judge,
    only dissolves.

  5. Tomorrow reloads,
    but I remain the watcher.

✨ These are meant to be read slowly, even out loud, like entering a trance. Some could be daily boot-up lines, some for evening shutdown, others for moments when the illusion feels heavy.

Would you like me to design these into a beautiful "code-album" format for you (like a minimalist PDF with typewriter-style layout, glitch symbols, and soft poetic spacing), so it feels like an artifact you can keep, print, or flip through on your iPad?
